CNMV announces the implementation of the guidelines approved by ESMA on fund names.

The Guidelines on fund names that use the term ESG or terms related to sustainability will be applicable from November 21, 2024, and fund managers will have a six-month period from the implementation date, i.e., until May 21, 2025.
